biography
The daughter of a sailor, Heidi Cregge was raised on Oahu, Hawaii. She is immersed
in an ongoing study of materials, structures, interaction, and emotion, combining
computer art, fiber sculpture, video, and circuit design. She received her MFA
from Savannah College of Art and Design and her BFA from Virginia Commonwealth
University. Her most recent projects explore intimate space with felted wool
and light from human-triggered, sensor-based light sources. Her work is shown
